All Sport Performance Training Camp ( 8 weeks Buffalo NY  location only!) June 26th- August 18th

Mon-Thurs. 9am-11am  Location: ECC North Campus
The All Sport Performance Training Camp is designed to teach young athletes the proper way to train and the necessity of consistency in their training. The goal is to improve an individual's weaknesses and increase their athletic performance through strength and movement training, while reducing unnecessary injury in all sports. The purpose of the duration of the camp is to gain neuromuscular adaptation so the athlete can sustain to gains made over the entire camp.

All Sport Speed and Agility Camp (6 weeks Holton Region, Ont. only) June 26th- August 4th

The All Sport Speed and Agiltiy Camp is open to athletes from age 13 and up!  This camp is designed to help teach the proper running mechanics to increase overall linear and lateral speed.  The goal is to improve the ahtlete's abiltiy to accelrate, react and cut quicker in reference to game like situations.  Also to increase overall body awareness and atheltic abiltiy in a sport based environment.

Mixed Martial Arts Strength and Agilty Camp (NYC/NJ only) Date TBA

This camp is based on our trainers to help support the abilties and strength foundation needed to compete in fighting rings.  Be it the octagon, wrestling mat, or boxing ring this program will help you sustain your strength foundation and make you more agile as it pertains to competition.
