Professional
and College Performance Training (small group) The Professional and College Performance Training program maintains
a lower athlete-to-coach ratio, and each athlete is evaluated for functional movement, power, speed, agility, and sport-specific
conditioning. Once the strengths and limiting factors of each individual athlete are identified we prescribe and implement
a comprehensive training program. Our tailored program will not only improve athletic performance, but will also decrease
the risk of injury associated with high-intensity competition.
The program is designed to make each professional and
college athlete the best-conditioned athlete possible. They will also dramatically improve their playing performance through
sport-specific training while developing the tools utilized for skilled execution, and improved speed, agility, power and
flexibility.
Junior Performance Training Camp (6 & 8
weeks ages 13 and up) The High School program
Training Camp is designed to teach young athletes the proper way to train and the necessity of consistency in their training.
The goal is to improve an individual's weaknesses and increase their athletic performance through strength and movement training,
while reducing unnecessary injury in all sports. The purpose of the duration of the camp is to gain neuromuscular adaptation
so the athlete can sustain to gains made over the entire camp.
Junior/High School Training 1 on 1 The 1 on 1 training program is developed to continue more
elite style training for those younger athletes that have more need to develop their own athletic ability. This program can also be used for those athletes who are rehabilitating from a past injury and attempting
to get ready to return to the playing field.
